We want you to be happy with your materials. Please read this policy before ordering — many of our finishes are tinted or prepared specifically for your project.
Eligible returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be unopened, unused, in their original sealed containers and in resalable condition, with labels intact.
- Returns must be authorized in advance. Contact us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items
- Tinted or custom-colored products (any product tinted with the S2K tintometric system or to a custom color).
- Special-order or non-stock items ordered for your project.
- Opened, partially used or mixed products.
- Color samples and sample kits.
- Hazardous materials (such as Liquid Metal Component B, UN 2289) once they have left our control, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Products damaged by improper storage after delivery (for example frozen or exposed to heat).
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the products and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund, including the original shipping cost for the affected item, at no cost to you.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or product, contact us. We will process an exchange as a return plus a new order, subject to the conditions above.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are tinted, prepared or shipped. Once shipped, the return conditions above apply.
