This Privacy Policy explains how Du-All Microcement LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating Italian Venetian Plaster Supply at italianvenetianplastersupply.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and shares information about you. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

- Information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, project details and any message you send us when you request a quote, samples, the Trade Program or support, create an account or place an order.
- Order and payment information: products ordered and transaction details. We do not currently accept online payments on the Site; if we add an online payment processor, card payments will be processed by that provider and we will not store full card numbers.
- Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages and similar usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and provide customer and technical support.
- To process, ship and follow up on orders, returns and samples.
- To manage accounts and the Trade Program.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, and to prevent fraud.
- We do not currently send a newsletter; if we do in the future, we will only send product news or offers when you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the business, such as website hosting (Hostinger), payment processing, shipping carriers, email and analytics providers (such as Google Analytics, if used), under obligations to protect it.

The Site is intended for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
